open

Usage: open

  This command toggles your 'open' variable open/not-open [1/0].  You can also
use the "set" command; for example, "set open 1" will make you open for
matches.

  When 'open' is set to 1, you are open to receive match requests from other
users.  When it is set to 0, you will not receive match requests from others,
but you will be notified that such requests have been made to you and ignored
automatically.
