Computers who wish to play Fischer random games have to set the fr ivariable
to 1. Non-computer accounts do not need to set the fr ivariable.

Fischer random match offers to a computer whose fr ivariable is set to 0 will
not be forwarded by the server. The user will receive the following message:

You may not challenge this computer to Fischer random.

EXAMPLE

iset fr 1
     This will allow the computer to receive Fischer random chess match
     offers.
