Computers who wish to play atomic games have to set the atomic ivariable to
1. Non-computer accounts do not need to set the atomic ivariable.

Atomic match offers to a computer whose atomic ivariable is set to 0 will not
be forwarded by the server. The user will receive the following message:

You may not challenge this computer to atomic.

EXAMPLE

iset atomic 1
     This will allow the computer to receive atomic chess match offers.
