csnewst

Usage: csnewst index title

This command allows you to change the title of an snews item that had
previously been created using "cnewsi". RESTRICTED TO ADMINISTRATORS AND
SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.

PARAMETERS
----------

index: The index number of the snews item.
title: The new title. Limited to 45 characters.
