csnewsi

Usage: csnewsi title

This command adds a new item to the snews index. RESTRICTED TO ADMINISTRATORS
AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.

PARAMETERS
----------

title: The title for the news item. It is limited to 45 characters.

EXTRA INFO
----------

In essence, the snews index works like a newspaper headline, giving the user
enough information to know whether they should read the entire snews file for
that item. After creating the snews item, the command reports the snews item
number along with a reminder to create an snews file with "csnewsf" if
necessary.
